2008 Summer Fun Tournament

MANDATORY CHECK-IN FOR SAN ANGELO TEAMS WILL BE FRIDAY APRIL 18th BETWEEN 5:00-9:00 p.m. IN THE S.A.S.A BOARDROOM. 

ONLY OUT OF TOWN TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN ON SATURDAY APRIL 19th BY THE MAIN CONCESSION AREA.


PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE WITH YOU AT TIME OF CHECK-IN:

• COPY OF OFFICIAL TEAM ROASTER SIGNED BY REGISTRAR
  
• MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
• PROPERLY COMPLETED GUEST PLAYER FORMS
